Peace Picnic 2018

To mark the 74th anniversary of D-Day and launch the Coventry Community Peace Orchard, 300 people of all ages and backgrounds joined the Lord Mayor of Coventry at a Peace Picnic, enjoying lunch in the sun together, the release of doves, live vintage music and jaw-dropping true stories of bravery and survival during the Normandy campaign told by 95 year-old D-Day veteran Dennis Davison.
